At SHARPAL, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from sharpal.com, you may request a return according to the policy below.
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from sharpal.com.
For products purchased from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, retail stores, distributors, or other third-party sellers, please follow the return and refund policy of the original seller.
30-Day Return Policy
Products purchased directly from sharpal.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Purchased directly from sharpal.com
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused or in like-new condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all original accessories, manuals, parts, and included items
- Free from excessive wear, misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
How to Return an Item on sharpal.com
To start a return, please submit a return request through our Returns Center.
You will need your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

Non-Quality Returns
For returns not related to product defects, damage, incorrect items, or missing parts, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a SHARPAL error or a confirmed product quality issue.
Returned products must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please submit a request through our Returns Center as soon as possible.
Please include the required order information and, when applicable, upload photos or videos showing the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, SHARPAL may provide a replacement, replacement part, return label, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Gift with Purchase or Promotional Items
If your order included a free gift, promotional item, or bundled item, all items must be returned together to receive a full refund.
If the main product is returned but the free gift, promotional item, or bundled item is not returned, SHARPAL may deduct the value of the missing item from the refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After SHARPAL processes the refund, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order directly within one hour of placing it.

Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the product through our Returns Center.
Warranty Claims
If your product has a quality-related issue, missing part, defect, or requires warranty service, please submit a warranty claim through our Warranty Claim form.
Warranty support may be available for eligible SHARPAL products purchased from sharpal.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, authorized retailers, distributors, and other official sales channels.
To submit a warranty claim, please prepare:

Not Covered Under Warranty
SHARPAL’s limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Consumable wear caused by normal sharpening use
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper operation, or neglect
- Damage caused by drops, impact, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Damage to knives, tools, or other items caused by incorrect sharpening technique
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Products without valid proof of purchase
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

SHARPAL may update this policy from time to time based on business needs, legal requirements, or product changes.
