Shipping Policy
At this time, SHARPAL only ships orders within the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not currently available. We may expand our shipping service to additional countries and regions in the future.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to valid residential and business street addresses within the 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, military addresses, or restricted/protected delivery areas. This includes, but is not limited to:
American Samoa
Guam
Marshall Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
Palau
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
PO Boxes
Other remote, restricted, or protected delivery areas where carriers are unable to complete delivery
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes because some carriers cannot complete delivery to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
If an order is placed with an unsupported or undeliverable shipping address, we may contact you for an alternative address. If a valid address cannot be provided, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Orders are shipped by USPS, UPS, or another available carrier selected by SHARPAL. We do not offer a choice of courier at checkout.
Processing Time and Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time includes two parts:
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 2–7 business days after the order has shipped
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Orders of $30.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders under $30.00: $5.00 standard shipping fee
The free shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and deliverable before placing your order.
We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been shipped. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@sharpal.com. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. SHARPAL is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, unsupported, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Warehouse Pickup
We do not offer warehouse pickup service. All orders must be shipped to a valid delivery address.
